Return Policy

You can return your item within 30 days after purchase.

Leather is a natural material and will therefore always have natural markings such as dents, scars, scratches, wrinkles or blemishes.  Irregularities in the texture or inconsistency in color are inherent to the material.  Each bag is color dyed, washed and leather is softened to give each piece its vintage look.  No two bags are exactly alike, as a result, the product shown on our website can vary.

If you wish to exchange or return an item please send us an email at info@bolsanovahandbags.com with the details.  We will email you a return slip and you can return it free of charge in the same box.

To be eligible for a full return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Return policy lasts 30 days.  After 30 days we will review on a case by case basis but our general policy is to make all of our customers happy.
