Bolsa Nova is Portuguese for “new bag.” That’s because with just a few quick clicks, you can change your straps to create a new bag of your own creation.

Our name also pays homage to Bossa Nova music, the soothing Brazilian sounds that conjure up visions of effortless beauty and confidence--which is exactly how we want you to feel.

About Our Leather

Our new washed leather line comes straight from Italy.  Each piece is dyed and washed to create a beautiful soft vintage look. Leather is a natural material and will therefore always have natural markings such as dents, scars, scratches, wrinkles or blemishes.  Irregularities in the texture or inconsistency in color are inherent to the material.  Each bag is color dyed, washed and leather is softened to give each piece its vintage look.  No two bags are exactly alike, as a result, the product shown on our website can vary.
